Breathwork
Your breath is your magic power. It is the key to your true authentic self. It is your life-force; it is your truth and it is the activation of your will and power. I will work with you on your breathing pattern to help achieve desired effects on the body as we determine together what sort of breathwork is best for you.
Some breathwork techniques are more calming and regulating for your system, stimulating positive changes in mood and cognition. Others are activating and help to enhance your physical performance. Breathwork effortlessly reconnects you with your body, which actually helps you jumpstart the healing process.
Each breathwork session lasts 2 hours.

First, expect two hours dedicated to your healing, your growth and your health. We will explore your intention for the session, talk about your past, your life, your traumas, your relationships. Anything that makes sense for you in the moment. And then we will breathe.
Each session is different. Sometimes we experience somatic or emotional releases, sometimes visions, sometimes a sense of clarity. When we come back from the experience, we will take some time to integrate what came up for you together. We will also talk about what might be next for you and your healing.
During those 2 hours, you are the leader of your healing. You are in charge. I will be there to hold space, to be the mirror of your strength and to guide you safely through the experience.

Breathwork is recommended for people who feel stuck, who experience a sense of “feeling lost” or for people who are going through transitions in their life. Breathwork can also be helpful for those who are on their healing journey.
